Because of stay-at-home orders and the closure of those businesses deemed nonessential, most, if not all of us, are unlikely to see the inside of a hair salon in the near future, which means taking matters into our own hands. But this period can be used to repair heat-damaged tresses, learn styling techniques and establish better habits for the future. Do it yourself!

Choose pure coconut water. Make a small amount. I make enough that last for about 3-4 days to ensure it doesn’t become rancid. Make sure you keep it refrigerated to prevent the chance of the DIY spraiy going bad. Keep it refrigerated to make sure It doesn’t. Shake well before each use. Recipe: 1/4 cup of Coconut Water 2 tsp Aloe Vera Juice 2 tsp jojoba oil Directions: Spray on freshly shampooed and conditioned hair and style as normal. For daily use spray on hair and scalp and style as normal. Seal the moisture with a hair oil.
